physical pain is bad (not too bad and unmanageable, but still bad)

it's the mental/ emotional side I'm struggling with at the moment
back to feeling suicidal

I haven't been on the boards for a pretty long time. I have spiraled so far so fast this time so I thought I would come back to the boards. I have such a heavy, worn out hopelessness. I hate this when the black dog visits there is just not getting out of the pit.

The cold front hasn't even arriven yet (still a day or so out) and I'm already feeling stiff & brittle ...

If I were to fall down, I fear I'd shatter into a million pieces!

I'm so sorry cakeladie... I wish there were something I could say or do to help how you're feeling. I'm here, sitting with you.

this morning, I felt the physical age of 107

my back was hurting so much, and I was bent over in pain. more than one time I thought I was going to just " go over", my legs were starting to go too and even before breakfast I had to sit down because the pain was just too much- needless to say I felt very very irritable

my breakfast smelled amazing,, but smells arn't always reliable- it didn't taste as good as it smelled (it was nice, but nothing special), maybe because I as still in pain and couldn't properly enjoy it

then checked my emails and watched recess: the movie (I found it was on, and I rememberd watching recess in the 90's,) it was a nice memory- so that killed an hour

and then I have done nothing for the rest of the day, accept for posting here and listening to the christmas music- still in pain too, (not as much as earlier but still a lot)

mood's good and depression is low

up at 4:30 am, can't move the right side of my body, and most of my left side. i've actually been doing not too bad the last couple of months (as in no major injuries) but this reminds me of just how bad it can get.

hope you all are doing alright. it's been a while since i've been here. cakeladie - sorry to hear about your mom.

I keep thinking back, trying to remember what it was like to not live with pain ... I know it's been years, maybe 8 or so ago when it all started ... I cannot remember what it's like to NOT be in pain ... I wish I could, but it's lost on me what that even feels like anymore ...

I fell in the road today.

that's how much pain I was in

I didn't fall for long but I did have a right tantrum over it

I was in agony and embarrassed myself and I'm sure lots of others

pretty sure that the lady standing next to me was speechless

yesterday I went out shopping. despite it being really busy, it was so nice to see so many people in the christmas spirit

wishing me a merry christmas and saying ho ho ho as they walked past

so festive!
