Great difficulty sleeping last night. Spasticity. Migraine today.

Are others with fibromyalgia prone to migraines?

Hi Everyone,

I'm so far behind in reading posts. I'm sorry for that.

I had a death in my family. That set of cousins and I are very close. I got just well enough to attend the funeral. I thought I was going to freeze at the cemetery. The wind was so cold.

Then that night I thought my ear drum burst, but instead I have a malfunctioning eustachian tube from where I was so sick.

Then, I found out my ex husband died. I am so full of mixed emotions and no one will hear me.

Anyway, I've been sleeping a lot. If I'm not too dizzy from the problem with my ear I hope to take down the tree tomorrow. We'll see.

I love you all and I think of you many times every day.

PS. Belle has discovered she likes pumpkin bread.

I had a glass of ginger ale in my hand and she play attacked me and made me spill it on both of us. She pouted at me for almost an hour because she thought I did it on purpose.

Thinking of all of you.

I too suffer from migraines, chronically since I was a child. It's one of the worst things I deal with. Sometimes they last for days. I've had a migraine last 3 weeks at the longest.

My first week of classes was a huge relief. It feels so good to be around people again. I am really feeling many things these days, and a fullness. I can't explain it. I feel like it's a miracle just to be able to leave my house. I feel fierce. I feel angry and hopeful at the same time. I have experienced a surge of energy in the last week that's been incredible. I have been taking advantage of it to the fullest.

Wishing you all a good day, a restful or energetic or safe or peaceful day, whatever you need.
