d&l, do they crawl or fly? where are they gathering ? how long have they been there ? have you tried washing them away with ammonia or vinegar ? more info, please ~

i have pasta eating moths, i keep finding their pupae (larva) in the oddest places, not in the food. i don't like to kill, but really, they are quite a nuisance~!

Today is the 3rd time in 5 weeks that I have vomiting and diarrhea ( tmi I know)

There’s been no change in meds, husband and I eat same food yet he has no problem * sigh* I’m sick of this happening !!!!

I know I need to see my GP and go through the hell of obvious testing.

I’m so whiny tonight it’s not funny, my poor husband

not a complaint, but the people at whole foods especially in the meat market are awesome. I'm all stocked up on food now.

i broke down and applied for Food Stamps... they say there is a discount, or double the food, at a farmer's market... i think there might be one, here, 10 miles away... dunno, it's 2 hrs on the little bus to go 10 miles...

They're probably getting ready to get rid of that program. SNAP Benefits May Not Work At Farmers Markets Starting July 31, After A Change In A Government Contract Just FYI.

Today was decent but the road construction in Kernersville SUCKS. Why are people so afraid of road plates. People in freaking SUVs going 2 mph over one. There's no need for that. I have a damn rio and drive over it like a normal human being.

Oh good lord homes are expensive. Idk if we'll be able to move any time soon. This sucks. My credit score sucks, so will be hard to get a loan. Why does everything have to be tied to your god damn credit score.

That's what I love about the friendly universe. It doesn't throw things at you that you can't handle eventually. Sometimes you just need to put some things on the back burner until they can be dealt with.

Tomorrow I'm going to go to therapy and come up with a plan on how to deal with the tramadol and soma withdrawals that are upcoming. I thought about just not going to therapy but my husband said it would be the perfect time to go. So gonna take tramadol and soma in the morning, go to therapy and run my errands and come home and scream. Will keep screaming till the withdrawals are over. haha. So maybe 2 weeks? If I get snappy that's why. I pre apologize for any hurt feelings during my withdrawals. I have stocked up on sugary stuff so hopefully I an offset things a bit and got some kratom and have CBD. If all else fails I have a stockpile of saphris and will just sleep. I have to remind myself things will be ok and this is only temporary. Things will get better.

sooo, today i went grocery shopping, and blew my wad~ but i was prepared for that,,, but i was feeling so perky, i forgot why i use the riding cart,,, i remembered about halfway thru shopping, when my back began to complain, and when i got home my feet had joined the chorus~~

and then the telephone repairman never came, i've been waiting a week already,,, all these lines are old and sad... my internet speed is 5mgs... O.O
at least i have one working line, for my puter, and figured out how to plug the phone into that~!~ i thought i'd just lay down for a few minutes when i got the groceries put away, but i slept for 4 hrs~! called repair, and the guy hadn't reported me "unresponsive"<< LOL which I WAS~!

Calamine lotion, or a benadryl spray is better - its cooling and two applications (like one before bed, one in the morning) will alleviate even a bad bite. I have a bottle that has lasted me years. But i dont go out much!

A few people I've talked to recently have suggested I bring up mast cell activation syndrome and ehlers danlos when I see my dr in september. It does make sense though. I'd rather not bring it up with the dr though cause I don't want it to be that. ha. I had an allergic reaction to tuna water getting on my hands last night, so that was fun.
