I'm prone to migraines and headaches--I get them very easily and have a bunch of different triggers, and they're often linked to my depression etc.
I feel like I've experienced every type of migraine and headache there is to have. I wonder how people manage through ongoing things that tend to change like this. something that works for me under one kind of headache usually doesn't work for the other, and honestly migraines and headaches are harder on me than other chronic pains I have in my body. |

you must be very tired of all those headaches, smallbluefish~!
have you tried aroma therapy with essential oils ? the four that i found to be most often recommended are: Peppermint oil Lavender oil Eucalyptus oil Rosemary oil i, personally, used to love menthol oil, but it's very hard to find. when i lived in California, i had a menthol tree~! hope you find something that stops them~ or fixes them, or at least helps make them go away~ __________________ AWAKEN~! |

I've heard good things about aromatherapy--I've been trying to find ways to access it without having to use incense or heavily-scented oils though! I've heard about peppermint helping but didn't know about rosemary and lavender--thank you for that, I'll look into it more :-) |
