I'm trying CBD oil yesterday and today. My Dr. and I don't like Savella because of side effects so I didn't take it tonight. I was only on 25 mg. But I'm in a lot of pain and Tylenol and Biofreeze haven't helped. I tried CBD in the day time but it made me too tired. Boy, do I hate my condition but I have to accept it. Any ideas? I've tried listening to guided meditations but they aren't helping. I don't know what to do! I only got 5 hours of sleep last night so I thought for sure I'd go to bed tonight! Maybe I'm in the 50% CBD oil doesn't help! ☹️

i feel for ya, i have a lot of sleep problems, too. not sleeping enough, or sleeping too much,,, but mine isn't from pain, it's a brain disorder of some kind.
however, what helped me might help you... it's the Binaural Beats. they are not the 'meditation sound tracks', but a genuine brain affecting beat, different in each ear, that you MUST wear headphones to listen to...

i often listen before i go to bed, because i have to use a night-time breathing apparatus and can't use earphones at night. but you might be able to. here's a link to one specially tailored for sleeping, but feel free look around UTube for others more to your liking (the beat is hidden under the sounds of water or ringing bowls, or other things,, so find one that fits you~ )

p.s. the "Alpha" brain wave is the one for sleeping.
