There's changes I'm trying to make it my life to be less socially isolated, but struggling physically due to chronic muscle pain, weakness and shakiness. It's from my meds and weight - I have Anorexia Nervosa [plus].

I realise that I get angry with myself and try to fight my weakness. Physically that is at the moment [though likely emotionally too] and this isn't working, but how else to survive?

Thanks.

It got so much worse this afternoon, but has eased again now. I can't carry on with things as they are, that is clear.
