I have gone from one illness to another with minor ailments and injuries as well as colds and flu and infections and viruses since I was aged 24,physical and mental and I am fed up of it all. I am 54 in March next year. I am had a brief period of when I was from a child to age about 18 when I have had full health. That isn't right or fair, it has held me back in life and I can't cope with these chronic illnesses anymore. I want to feel healthy again. I have the knowledge to heal my body I just don't have the self control and discipline ,mean while I am in chronic pain, this time tennis elbow, I think. I just want to cry!

I'm sorry you are continuing to have to deal with so much ill health. There's not a lot I can offer here. But I wanted to let you know I read your post & I wish you well.
