It's worth checking into @lizardlady ...

If it requires getting down on the floor, though, it's a no go.

I'd never be able to get myself back up!

I googled flare and this came up ...

Fibromyalgia Check-In Thread #5 ...

It's for Rheumatoid Arthritis, but I believe it applicable here as well, and ...

Sometimes a little humor helps!

Yoga positions can be modified so you have to get down on the floor. I've seen videos of yoga done sitting in a chair.

I'd worry about getting down on the floor

not sure I'd be able to get back up again without assistance

even with my grabber for when I drop things, it's hard

After sleeping on it and speaking with a couple of the administrators, I've decided to not close my account.

I am very overwhelmed right now and not thinking too straight.

It would be pfoolish to leave a place that offers encouragement and support right now.

Thank y'all for caring about me ...

it's not bheen good!.

yesterday, (after my small and unfilling meal), my overeating went through the roof.

didn't sleep because of the agony in my body, today I had a panic attack (making 6 this week), and I am honestly beyond depressed.

I am meant to be watching a programme about emergency services in the UK. honestly I don't really want to, but, it's that or focus on how emotionally broken/ ugly/ bad I feel.

and I choose the show.

plus: yesterday I did so little (sit on a chair and cry for most of it), watching a show is quite a big step I guess

Boom Straight To The Moon!

That's how rapidly my pain levels escalate when these stinkin' lesions (biopsy confirmed psoriasis) appear on my body.

Never more than 3 - 5 at the time (this time an extremely painful one in my right nostril, a nasty looking one on the back of my right hand, and another one on my left cheek back where the hinge of the jaw intersects near the ear and sideburns).

The pain, stiffness and brittleness I feel in my joints and all over the rest of my body is incredible!

Then as those little bastids start to fade away, the pain levels return to what I consider "normal", but "normal" is no walk in the park either.

I have been in so much pain today.

so much so that I've been unable to log in (until now), it really sucks, especially as I know that rest is good for you and will help the pain, but I can't rest so double annoying

but I wanted to post here and let everyone know I'm around.. not sure I could live with myself if I didn't post an update

Yesterday (Wednesday) was definitely not a good day. My atopic dermatitis, chronic idiopathic urticaria decided to flare up at 3 AM CST. My face was even flared up with urticaria. I took my emergency 🚨 medication which put me to sleep. At 9 AM CST my baby (my dog) 🐕 was vomiting. I was trying to speak to her veterinarian while medicated (very drowsy).

With Covid19 I had to sit in my car the veterinarian waiting area is closed. My Fibromyalgia (legs, shoulders and torso pain) was flaring up. I had to leave and tell them to call me. When I received the call with the total cost I was ready to panic. I have an appointment today (Thursday) with my dermatologist.

feeling a little better (still in pain, but a little better)

what helped me a little today was putting my laundry basket on the bed before putting the clothes in it

still: that's my next investment, a laundry bag that can actually stay upright

I am finding that I need more and more things to help with the pain daily.

I hope to eat better too today. yesterday I was in so much pain, the only thing I could really eat was 2 burgers- and when I couldn't eat the other 2 I felt really depressed about it.

I hate food waste.
