you know the pain is bad when the very first thing you do in the day (even before you go and get your clothes out) is wet yourself
then throughout the day I've changed 4 more times, each with varying levels of incontinence. and I didn't sleep too. but that one's a given |

Grr, couldn’t get the heat right and needed a cool drink before bed- Woke up twice in the night for quick pee. Pain meds working for wrist, foot, lower back and toothaches, but can still feel my bladder. Steroids working for ear irritations, and cream working for what is left of my toe fungus from stubbed toe a few years back. My ankles no longer feel weak and my knee pains have gone away almost completely. I really need to start daily exercises, yoga and stretching but am actually too depressed to think about wanting to do that. At least I have daily visits to the flower garden to look forward to but that too is feeling less and less like my own project.

I finally got to have a drink from my new mug
I may have had it for 5 days, but I miss placed it and only found it to drink out of recently better late than never I guess. it's a white mug with the words jane austin on it. got it from one of those freebie sites today is really living up to the quiet, sunday = rest day stuff. not a single car outside on the road, child playing, or even birdy singing. it's so quiet! I listened to the latest episode of my stories podcast today. it was a good story. I really enjoyed it not much else though. later on they are going to show a brand new series of family fortunes (or feud in america) I love that show, and as a child, it was one of my favorites!. some of the answers they give on their are hilarious I can't wait to see it revived |

MetLife did it again, filed my claim as short-term instead of long-term ...
I don't even have a short-term policy! I received the paperwork Saturday and left a message with the claim's specialist assigned to my case. If I haven't heard pfrom him some time today, I will be calling him again tomorrow! Glad I've got an attorney to help me navigate all this ... I simply don't have the energy to deal with unnecessary Bullsh!t anymore! |

Pfrog, I'm sorry the insurance company is jerking you around. Some times I think they do it hoping we will give up and go away.

I posted this in another forum. I scheduled a Covid test for later today. I've felt like crap for weeks. I tell myself it's allergies, it's asthma, it's fibro. Someone else posted they thought a friend was being irresponsible for being sick and not getting tested. It gave me the kick in the butt I needed to get off the fence about being tested. This way I'll have a definite answer about Covid and can either worry less or know I need to get treatment.
Cross your fingers for me folks. |

I have spent most of today on the phone to the receptionist at my local doctors surgery
my current GP said to me that he hoped I got kovid19 so I put in a complaint, and today the receptionist called me as she wanted to go through what actualyl happened it was stressfull, as I hate phone calls, and I don't find out what (if anything) is going to be done until next wednesday afternoon, but. hopefully he will get a talking to. you don't say that to patients |
