My head constantly feels like its in a vice, with pressure and feeling like its being pinched. My thoughts feel like they are suspended in space. Has anyone else experienced this?

Sure... I've felt these sorts of sensations many times over the years. I presume, at least in my case, it has been due to anxiety of which I have had lots. A panic attack can often cause these sorts of feelings as well, as I understand it, although I've never actually had a true panic attack that I know of... just boatloads of (sometimes extreme) anxiety.
