In the brackets replace the B with the word trigger,type the content between the two brackets

Possible trigger:


So[]TYPE CONTENT HERE REMOVE THE B INSIDE BRACKETS AND REPLACE IN EACH WITH THE WORD TRIGGER LEAVE /IN SECOND BRACKET BUT REPLACE B WITH WORD TRIGGER[/]

Thanks, Marylin, that's a cool trick!

There's one catch, though: you have to be using the "text mode" editor, not the "WYSIWYG mode" one, or the [B] and [/B] won't show up. I mentioned here how to switch between editor modes.

Also, I posted something in the PTSD section and I got 0 replies... But I just read that I was suppose to use the red X icon with it if it had triggering information and I failed to do that because I didn't know.... Is it not showing up because of that??? Or am I just getting 0 replies....
