I think you just have to put something like "deleted" in the post, or there's another way but I can't remember it without actually posting something and trying to delete it. Don't have time to try it out now though. I'll see if I can try it out later to help you delete posts. Can't remember how to do it without actually trying it out again.

If it's an original post, click the exclamation point button inside the red triangle (the report post button). And ask the mods to delete your post.

So what you do is you click "edit post" on your post, it will then come up with a screen, fill in the boxes where it says about deleting messages.

I can't do screenshots for fudge or toffee or anything else.

it should look like this:

To delete this message, check the appropriate option below and then click the 'Delete this Message' button.

Deletion Options Do Not Delete Message
Delete Message

Reason for Deletion:

From FAQ/Help:

Quote:
How can I edit my own post? How can I delete my own post? You can edit your post or delete it for up to 4 hours after posting your entry. After that time, please contact a moderator (by reporting your own post) to have it edited or deleted.

Why do we limit your time to edit or delete a post? We have found that, in the past, some people were using this feature to "change history" in a thread, which resulted in confusion and member upset.

We will only delete up to a maximum of five (5) posts or threads for any single member or account. Please do not ask us to remove more than this limit.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
