I'm not sure what it means to be a community liason. I do not think they are moderators, but I am not sure of the perks or responsibilities that come with the title? Just curious, I've seen them around and I know they are exceptionally kind members and that it takes a special person to have that title. Maybe someday I can be one too if I can get my act together.

They are members who've volunteered to greet new members, answer any questions they may have, and help them feel welcomed.

I thought they was the ones who made new members posts appear and the other moderators did everything else? Am I making stuff up? |

Moderators are a different group. They oversee the whole of PC, dealing with violations, answering questions, etc. They're the ones who "make new members posts appear" and such.
