i posted something to the ask a therapist page and i have no idea if it's been responded to or if it even went through?

Yes, we get all questions directed to the feature but only have the resources to answer a minority of them. If your question is picked to be answered, it will be posted to the website. Unfortunately you will not receive notification of the answer being posted. You just have to check the site each week to look for your question. Questions generally take 3-5 weeks before they appear.
