Okay, this is first blush as I've only seen it for a few hours, but I gotta say, the new UI/UX theme is uninspired and boring. What makes it worse is having just watched this same situation go down over on nexusmods last year.

First, the panels are all flat and two-dimensional. This gives the site a bland appearance.

Second, yes, I see the Forums Index hyperlink below the corporate bill-paying panel. It's in the wrong place. Somewhere up on the main task bar where My Profile is located should be a button that is simply titled FORUMS, with sub menus that open underneath it like a combo-box.

Other than that, I have no real complaints other than that the cost of gas is too high, which has nothing to do with the price of tea in China. What that has to do with the site I dunno, but you get the point. lol

Not a terrible rollout by any means, and a few subtle tweaks would make the new site UI/UX go from *yawn* to Yay!
