What does Poobah mean on PC? it appeared at some point under my profile name.

its just a name for how many posts you have made since you registered. here is a link that explains it. if you click on the link and scroll down you will see Poohbah means you have posted at least 1000 posts since you have registered for an account here.

By definition, poohbah is "a person having much influence or holding many offices at the same time, especially one perceived as pompously self-important."

Ok, I am semi-awake (one mug of coffee down-one to go) On here, I think they use the term affectionately. Those of us who have posted a lot of messages, started threads, etc. Did I make this clearer or worse?

Off to get my second mug of coffee!
