So i no longer have the edit function. Has it been removed? Or a bug? Perhaps i've been stripped of the privilege.. if that's the case, i'd like to know why if thats ok

Edit: Right after I posted this, the edit option appeared..

The edit function expires four hours after the time of first posting. You can edit at any point within that four hour window, but not afterwards.

Hope that helps,

Lost

The edit function is in good working order on my laptop. I've never heard of anyone being stripped of their edit privileges. I suspect it was either a temporary glitch in the system or something to do with the device you're using to access Psych Central. As has already been mentioned you probably won't be able to edit past posts because the window of opportunity, so to speak, has passed on those.

If you have a need to edit your posts after 4 hours expired, you can report your own post and ask for it to be edited or deleted (one might want to do it when they realized they posted identifying information for example)
