I dont know if this tech section is for any tech questions or only related to the forums so mods please move if this is in the wrong spot.

My first issues is with Siri. Mine is not working right. Its not the mic or volume. If I hold down the home button I do not get that "siri beep" but it works so I am able to hold down the button and say"Send a message to Jane Doe". Then she asks me the usual, I speak the text and then she asks me if I am ready to send and it works. If I try using "hey siri" it doesnt respond, almost like it isnt set up but it is. I went into settings and checked and "hey siri" is on. This just happened all of a sudden. The other issue is she gets stuff wrong all the time now, also all of a sudden. And its not easily to confused stuff, its stuff that makes me sound like an idiot. The other day I said " Tell mark to pick me up at 6". She thought I said " well john will pick up my shoes". WTF? How does that happen. And there is more examples like that. My phone is in an otterbox and has not been dropped or experienced any kind of damage.
Is this an earth shattering problem? No, I will live and it is definitely a first world problem. But its annoying. I have an iphone 7 that is out of warranty at this point so no apple store for me. And I wouldnt buy a new phone because of this either. I just wondered if anyone knew how I could fix siri.
My other question is general. I just downloaded IOS13 and was wondering if anyone had played around with the new updates and could share what they were like and if it was a worthwhile change or something to not bother learning.
