I get triggered by people saying “my mom” and people calling their adult offspring “kids”. Yes neglect can cause trauma. Not having been loved or cared about or respected or treated humanely as a cub doesn’t make ME “weak” or “a bad Person”

I request no “tough love”. This doesn’t “help” me and it doesn’t “shut me up” either.

(Not about anyone on pc)

Love is patient and kind

Triggers are our weakness because we are strong...
They bring us down
But cannot delete us...
