Default Writing (journaling) your story

Iíve listened to this several times and find much truth in it.

Iíve started the Fear and Resentment Personal Inventory and it DOES help me feel less anxious.

Just wanted to share it here and say that I have found truth and helpfulness in it.

Her name is Anna Runkle (I think I spelled that right.) and sheís The Crappy Childhood Fairy. She has many utube videos that Iíve listened to that Iíve found truth in.

Journaling my feelings and fears has always helped me put them out of my head and onto paper.
