Medications have been a complete miss for me. Don't ask, I'm not up to explaining. And don't suggest whatever miracle drug you're on, I'm not up for debate. Just my disclaimer.
I decided finally to give CBD oil a try to help me sleep. I had a taste test in the store today and notice I feel a lot calmer. But who knows. I am very excited to try it before bed tonight to see if it helps me sleep. Has anyone else had a good experience with CBD? I'm interested to hear how it worked for you? CBD has worked wonders for my sleep issues. I use a mix of vaping, broad-spectrum tinctures and full CBD flower extract, depending on what I'm in the mood for that day. The full CBD flower extract and broad-spectrum tincture do the most for me, though, particularly the extract.
I can't say it's had any effect on my waking C-PTSD apart from calming some of the severe anxiety, but for the insomnia, it's worked wonders. I hope it helps you too! |
