I'm easily fatigued. I have shortness of breath too, but I don't know if it's connected to the cptsd, or just me being out of shape. And my tendency to hold my breath whenever I do something that is somewhat physically straining. I'm very often nauseated too, and dry heave easily. I don't have migraines, but normal headaches.

There are so many physical symptoms in PTSD. I personally find the physical symptoms to be extremely bothersome. For me it manifests differently depending on severity of triggers or trauma. Here are some of the symptoms I experience: Aches and Pains (Similar to flu) Muscle Hypertension Startle response Shaking Exhaustion and weakness Slow or increased breathing General Anxiety Thanks, HD7970ghz

The stress causing severe anxiety and depression causes me to not take good physical care of myself, causing bad physical symptoms and injuries.
The physical symptoms for me during an ‘attack’ are panic, crying, anger, rapid breathing, chest pains, muscle and joint aches, doubling over in emotional overload. __________________ "And don't say it hasn't been a little slice of heaven, 'cause it hasn't!" . About Me--T |

PTSD is a physical brain injury. It makes sense that it manifests in this way on the body. It wreaks havoc on everything. Heartbreaking
