Hello,
I have ptsd from a previous girlfriend being sexually assaulted. This brings on nightmares. My awareness to my triggers are becoming known. This is important as I am sensitive and building immunity. Dear Devon,
It is heartbreaking that you are having these terrible nightmares. I wish I had ideas that would help but sadly I can't think of anything.
