Okay so I live with 2 other patients and they are both really loud and my question is when they start commenting on me what should I do? Should I tell them I dont feel up to chatting today?should I just be loud aswell and hope they respond to me or should I just go with the flow and not say anything only if its necessary My last conversion was about the mug i got and she said it was hers and I told her that fuzzy bear gave me that cup but still she starts a fight and said its hers and I shouldnt be using it? "life is sweet" onto the cup made me feel suicidal for that 5mins of hell.

Its polite to respond to ppl instead of just flat out ignoring them when they speak to you. But if you don't feel like talking and feel more quiet, that's ok to say that to them too. Is it possible for you to leave the room when you are feeling like they are being too loud for you?

I'm sorry someone mistook your cup for theirs. I'm sorry they hurt your feelings and it made you feel suicidal do you have anyone working at your home who you can reach out to about things like that?

i'd say it is best to avoid engaging in fights like this in my opinion. Definitely avoid escalating these things and decline if you're not in the mood at the moment. Is it Possible to go away from these People if they bother you constantly? Sending many Safe, Warm hugs to
BOTH you, @princesscookie19, your Family, your Friends and ALL of your Loved Ones! Keep fighting and keep rocking NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS, OK?!

ya I can always tell the staff if its bothering me but I feel like its party my falt if I dont say anything to her. Im trying to concentrate on me at the moment and not get involved in any conversation that might hurt me Ill thank myself if I keep quite because Im going threw a bad patch at the moment and I dont want any trouble or be in any trouble. Yes I try to stay away if its possible.
