Ugh, stress and disappointment from all sides. I slept terribly last night and my intercostal neuralgia pain is flaring up. So, not coping too well right now.

I have officially done **** all today

I think the best thing I did for myself was put clean clothes on

other than that, nothing- no music, no tv, no book, no air, not even laundry or trivia.

it's not that I'm coping bad (actually emotionally I'm okay), it's more... what's the ****ing point of doing the same **** you don't enjoy day in and day out

I definitely get your feeling in your last sentence, raging vortex. I feel the same way a lot of the time.

Not too well but managing. Low calorie diet and stuff. Family support asking the correct questions so I can feel reassured. Xanax 2x a day. Halloween specials I don’t really care about.

another day where I got very little done (seems to become the case more and more). I've not really even been taking care of myself either

sat eating junkfood and watching a gameshow. that was my afternoon..

Just keeping on. Doing things that have to be done. Keeping a routine. Doing the same stuff as if nothing was different.

I'm doing better today. I got some things off my chest in the forums that I didn't know was there. Now, just in chat for lighter conversation. It's been a serious day.

I was at work so I had to just keep things bottled up. 5 minutes before my shift ended I slightly exploded. At least one coworker noticed since it was kind of directed towards her. But it was something that she did that she should have said sorry for but didn’t. I just picked up what fell off the table and sort of slammed it back on and then angrily finished my task. I don’t think I’ll get into trouble. People do way worse plus it was kind of her fault in the first place.

But besides that I’ve been coping pretty positively. I had a therapy appointment and have stayed pretty calm. There was one breakdown around 3 though.
