Relapsed again, but strangely enough, I'm using less. Too lazy to even put this in a proper frame.. I've been up since 3am.

Not very well. Feel guilty and out of step about everything. Feels painful. Things I am trying seem to be making it harder as they kind of pile up when they feel like they are not working.

It's 5:30 so too early to know for certain, but I'm in a positive mood. I just hope for a smooth transition after my messy medicating habit last week.

Iím coping the way I always do. By telling myself to stay positive, stay calm, not to panic, and by using mindfulness and focusing on the right now.
