Not as bad as yesterday, just a sick, sad persistent feeling. Heat makes it worse. 99 F right now.

I had a good day today,I ate a meal at the pub and saw a film. But tonight the extreme heat is getting to me and making me feel really low.I also feel quite lonely and would love some company...I have a problem with complex PTSD which prevents me forming relationships.I am starting therapy for this tomorrow!I hope it helps!

not bad.
I'm actually really proud of myself my mother emailed me today one of the harshest, most abusive emails ever, and I just ignored it- never replied. it triggered me a lot, but I didn't give her the time of day- making it seem less anxiety provoking I know if I'd replied it would have been worse |

Despite having unforseen things come up I am doing very well.

difficult to say so early in the morning.
I didn't sleep (which is not a good start), and I am in massive amounts of pain (also not a good thing), but it is only 20 to 8 in the morning- who knows what today will hold yet |

I am coping well. All smiles from ear to ear. Happy is as happy does. I feel great!! I think it is because I found someone who cares about me and vice versa. My first bonafide sweetheart at the age of 50. Well, it's never too late to live life to its fullest.

It was too hot I didn't like it.I came round to supporting England with the football but was in the pub when some England supporters got rowdy and started chanting God save the Queen, which put me off cos although I support my country I am not a monarchist or jingoistic patriot so that put me off.If it were up to me we wouldn't have a monarchy. So I mentioned this on an online chat group and they all turned out to support the royal family and started going on in favour of them.So I felt offended and fed up cos they are supposed to be a mental health chat group for support but all they go on about is the football and now it'll be the royal family. It is dominated by the same people this chat group so I was coping but am low now.I felt lonely today anyway,I was enjoying the pub until it got rowdy.I had a curry there, lovely chicken jalfrezi with rice, nan bread and poppadoms and chutney for special price of £2.99 so I could afford it plus a double malibu and orange and a diet pepsi. So it was good until it got rowdy.I had to leave so I did and went to the cafe a few doors down for a coffee,it made me feel lonely and excluded.....so I guess I am coping but I am low and sad.
I also have lots of chores to get done tomorrow but am worried I might not get them done if it is too hot and that upsets me but I might laze about through the hot hours of the day and wait until 4pm when it gets cooler to do the chores and cut the grass. I am sort of coping and sort of not coping.I am tearful and I want companionship. |

I am ill too. I have schizoaffective disorder with bipolar. He has hemiplegia from a stroke. We both have challenges but we complement each other despite this. I truly care about him and vice versa. We aren't perfect health-wise but we are perfect for each other. I did not know he had hemiplegia until I met him. I met him online and he was fascinating to talk with via skype. So, I met him for coffee initially. He was so amazing to listen to that I was intellectually drawn to him. He travels internationally for business and has many stories to tell. I do like him very much. He is my sweetheart and teddy bear. I met him through a paid dating site. I am happy!! Thus, I recommend paid dating sites and to meet in person as soon as possible to see whether you'd get along. I also told him about my illness after he told me about his stroke because I wanted to make sure he knew about my situation and accepted my illness too. I don't know when is a good time to disclose illnesses but my situation is working out with him so, I believe, I did the right thing. Yes, there could be someone there for you too out there! Best Wishes!!
And, today, I feel fine still!! I'm still happy. I'm a little tired but doing well. |
