I skipped my DBT therapy group today because I just felt too anxious to go. Maybe that's not the worst thing in the world though. Maybe I need a day where I just do ME. Do KnitChick things in a KnitChick world.

I honestly don't want to go back to group at all. But time will tell with that. I will take it one day at a time. One step at a time.

I'm so sorry you're struggling, KnitChick I understand how you feel. Often I have the same kind of anxiety. I think it's ok to skip a session if it's becoming too overwhelming. Perhaps you just need to see what your priorities are right now. I think taking a day for yourself is a great idea! Please don't give up. You can do this. I'm so sorry you have to deal with this

Thanks for the reassurance, Mickey. I think it's ok that I did that too. Yes, seeing where my own priorities are is important
