It’s not the worst group. I’ve had way worse.

Thanks. That doesn’t exactly take away from the tension I’ve been feeling and pain in my neck.

If there is worse I should be handling this better and not be exhausted and sore.

Perhaps rest and relaxation is needed at this stage, June55. Just lie down, no ruminating, focus the mind on relaxing all the muscles in your body and breath out, out, out, relaxing the muscles at the same time - really relaxing them on the out breath. That's one of the best natural things I can think of. Helps me fall to sleep as well.
