I try to be “perfect”
 But I keep “failing”........  I haven’t “achieved enough” .....   Why do people expect Fuzzy Bear to be “perfect” (Not about anyone here) __________________

Hi Fuzzybear, I found that after years of trying to achieve others' expectations of me, that it only made me severely unhappy. So I determined after a while that I would only try to achieve my own expectations of myself. Then I realized that I am really too hard on myself, and quite unnecessarily, still expecting myself to be perfect in some ways. Perfection is unattainable. All we can do is our best, and that's all we can expect of ourselves. So just do your best in life, and that is good enough. HUGS!
