I can't stay in the moment until it passes I have to go out and buy a bottle of vodka or score drugs. I have to do it to oblivion. It's become the first thing I think about before my wife or anyone else. I put myself first and **** the consequences. All to stop the chatter in my head.

I want to but the the voices and hallucinations don't stop. It's not the drugs or booze. I only used Downes. I'm trying to stop because my wife has lost trust in me since ive hidden booze around the house and buy benzos more than I should. They don't even work. I just get a bit of peace.

Thanks for the respones and hugs. I'm not in therapy. I tried talking to pyschiratist but they make me crazier than I am.
