I can certainly relate to what you've just wrote like the wise and wonderful SilverTrees has already wisely said better than I ever could! I hope you'll be able to find peace and serenity one way or another! PLEASE NEVER GIVE UP! Life can be wonderful! I'd suggest to try to find as many distractions as you possibly can! I can relate
I think almost everyone on pc probably can relate at least at some point. The fact that this is such a common feeling that almost everyone can strongly relate to doesn’t make it any less painful. I’m sending you many gentle hugs.
