Am I crying? Deep on the inside? No tears falling out. But my heart breaks. Why does it break? Why is it cold and sad on the inside?

I'm so sorry you're feeling this way. I can't even imagine what it must be like for you to have to struggle with these thoughts and feelings. I hope that you have been able to find the support you need, as well as a healthy outlet for everything you're going through. I was wondering if it would help you to share what brought you to this dark place? Did it happen suddenly or was it a variety of experiences? I totally respect if you don't want to talk about it, but I'm here to listen if you do. Much love to you. |

It is hard to answer certain question, June55. But sometimes the answer isn't important. Sometimes we just need other people to understand. Sometimes we just need other compassionate people!
