Which questions do you ask yourself more often?

1. How do I improve myself? How do I become more compassionate, more respectful of others, find more fulfillment in life etc..

Or

2. How do I control others and improve others?

(Not about anyone on pc)

1. Sometimes, but rarely.
2. Never.

1. Improve yourself by making small goals for yourself every week to work on. I am trying to work on thinking before I talk, so I try to work my hardest on it for a week and if I don't do so well one week I can try harder the next. If it gets frustrating, think of a different goal to work on and come back to the old when you are comfortable enough. Try counseling, it is a stigma that you have to have something 'wrong' with you if you go to therapy, but everyone needs someone to talk to and it is completely normal to feel how you are feeling!

2. You can't control anyone else but yourself. You can always try to educate people (when it is a necessary time) to try and 'improve' how they think about certain ideas and subjects but no one can change unless they want to themselves.

I hope this helped and if you need anyone to talk to, I am always here.
