I feel like every emotion I have is shown all over my face. I don't know how to have emotion but not have too much emotion at the same time. I am confused and questioning how I speak and communicate with others.

showing emotion isn't really a bad thing. it's good to be aware of how you feel

Do you want to better conceal your emotions, or do you want to be able to communicate what you're feeling more effectively?
