It may be true, but it really only hurts you. Be angry but try to let go of it as soon as possible for your wellbeing.

Being angry is a natural and valid reaction, ExplodingSun56! Your feelings are ALWAYS valid! That said, I COMPLETELY agree with gaylegg about not letting your Anger overwhelm you. It seems like you're struggling with it quite often. Are you currently working with a Therapist? Perhaps that will be helpful Give it a thought, ok? That's ALL I'm asking you! Sending many safe, warm hugs to you, ExplodingSun56, and ALL of your Loved Ones!

Often, it is what's never (or what's not allowed to be) said/expressed, that takes us to this realisation. Of course, I'm only making assumptions, and so, apologies if I'm not on the right path with you, but, I hear, and think I relate, for what it's worth. Care n peace x

What gayleggg said, and also, the person you're angry with probably already has enough on their plates and your anger is likely to only make things worse for them. Let's channel that energy to something else!
