Iv seen my psychotherapist and she was explaining what is real and what is in your mind-reality and non reality .. So I read a book today and that helped me cope.but Im afaird of doing something that will bring me back to my voices and non -real things that I think of each day..What can I do that will help me cope? is there any good activities that help bring me back to reality?? I am on heavy meds for different things and I don't want to be reminded of my past/"my world" any help please??

-Eat healthy
-Sleep regularly if you can
-Do some physical exercise or even just take a walk
-Yoga
-Find as many distractions and hobbies as you can (reading, cooking, watching movies and TV shows, playing games or videogames...)
These are just some basic ideas if you want to try them out! I am sure you have thought about them already but it doesn't hurt to give them a try. I hope you'll feel better soon! Keep posting and please keep us updated if you wish! Finding distractions and keep ing yoursels busy in general is REALLY good because you keep your mind occupied away from those HORRIBLE, NASTY THOUGHTS! Feel free to PM me as well anytime when you need advice and support. I'm sure plenty of others here will be glad to lend you an hand as well! Sending many safe, warm hugs to BOTH you, @princesscookie19, your family, your friends and ALL of your Loved Ones! Keep fighting and keep rocking as much as you possibly can like you're already WONDERFULLY DOING ENTIRELY ON YOUR OWN!
