Hello, Hope all are well,
I had been spacey (staring spells), and racy (racing thoughts), having a very difficult time remembering what I needed to do, debilitated in decision making, and generally anxious and restless since last Sunday. All the little (and not so little) things I am currently dealing with finally got to me in an all consuming matter on Thursday Thursday I was essentially at the “hospital” severity. I have only left my apartment once since Thursday, and that was yesterday, Sunday. . When I went out everything hit me all over again. While in my apartment I have fluctuating anxiety/ restlessness/ discomfort, but it’s manageable. Although I have been cleaning obsessively and extremely thoroughly. Has this ever happened to anyone? I’m not afraid to go outside or anything like that. I’m strangely just better at tuning everything out while in my apartment? I am usually the type to ruminate when by myself. |

I’m fine with leaving my apartment as a “whole”; I am not someone with difficulties with agoraphobia. I meant more... like... the situation is the reverse of what I am accustomed to, such that, being in my apartment alone would allow me to ruminate and be in crisis... but right now I’m experiencing the opposite where I am fine in my apartment but not be very well at all outside.
When I am in my apartment, my “situation” (all the crisis stuff) doesn’t really cross my mind or cause too much anxiety. However, when I am out and about in the “outside world”; my situation starts manifesting into all my thoughts, and makes all other mental processes difficult to execute . Spacey and Racey, as a symptom, is something that is a hallmark of my mixed episodes. So I’m also interested in hearing others’ mixed episodes experiences |

I'd here to help with social security. Please don't allow your social circle to dictate this area either so that your treatment providers don't have to get clever with everyone in such a complex thing like the mind.
Plugs stoves clothing door locks windows lights bathing and general readiness can get affected so make sure it isn't time to care for yourself. If you aren't working a married spouse can help you to a set amount of ssi or ssdi it what I was told |
