I try therapy and both therapy quit. I tried phone session and was yelled at and threaten because I asked for help. All of my anger is from past hurt.

I also worked at managing my feelings and I read some books. I now use my journal and practice mindfulness.
Are you familiarised with Mindfulness techniques?

Yes it is working for me and I journal. Sure I do mindfulness meditation.
