my psychiatrist thinks I shouldn’t take the trolls comments so seriously and very unlikely they did what they threatened to do to me.

All bullies are weak people who derive pleasure from
doing and saying things to upset others to make them feel uncomfortable and bad about themselves. They are often jealous and need to feel they have some kind of power by disrupting others. The best thing to do is not react and distance from them. They are disordered people and it has nothing to do with your lacking or deserving to experience their toxic interactions. These toxic individuals get so they know what to say that gets reactions that they derive a sense of empowerment from. It’s all selfish behavior patterns and has nothing to do with any true inadequacies of the individuals they target. It’s important you understand that about them.
