Not so well dispite being one of the few working. I can handle limited isolation being a loner but when everything around me is shut down I feel like I am in a dark scifi novel on the level of 1984 atlas shrugged and brave new world.

yesterday I had a lot of flashbacks and helusinations, so figured that today was probably going to be irritating

but it's not. I feel low and depressed, but I have got through the day.

Much better than I have been coping. I had a T appt that was very insightful and inspirational, and I ran a laundry list of errands and it was a huge relief to get out into the sunshine for a few hours, and I got a LOT done.

I'm chewing Nicorette Gum to cope with quitting eCigs. It's helping my nerves a lot. It's almost better than an eCig.

Doing ok, all things considered currently, and sad in general for everyone with what is going on, want to keep persevering and make an effort to call friends and family more especially on weekends since telecommute during the week.

not feeling so good.

finding myself thinking about how the lockdown has affected my anxiety, like forever

their are things for me that will never be the same for me.. lockdown or not.

guess I'm not doing a very good job of distracting today

Idk. My stomach hurts from who knows what and my wrist is sprained and hurts and I’m thinking of going downstairs and taking a Xanax to see if that will help. So maybe I’m not coping the best.

Rather disappointed I didn't get all my hw done before Easter, but happy to be in school and happy I got to do my homework in the backyard...I got a sunburn and everything! I also took a very relaxing bath which is my new favorite thing to do.

Chilling today and napped some since slept poorly last night. Woke up feeling bad and then ate breakfast and took aspirin and Sudafed and feel better.

I painted my nails today and had a very nice Easter with my mom and dad. We watched the new Birds of Prey and now we're watching Red Sonya.

I feel great although tired. I am doing well and believe the daily regimen of exercise, taking my medication, and eating healthy are helping me. I sleep well too. Life is beautiful despite the current situation.

I am okay but feel sad anxious and worried. Trying to keep busy with tasks. Unfortunately my activity is irritating my husband who is home all day now.
