Coping well today, had a great phone chat with a friend which lifted my mood, got a few chores today but going to pace myself at them

I’m not coping too badly today. I stayed out of bed except to lie down for about 10 minutes. I didn’t email my therapist at all. I didn’t fret too much over current events. I didn’t have that “I’m gonna throw up” kind of anxiety feeling. I did have some physical symptoms which I realized were due to me forgetting a dose of a med. but overall I coped well today.

I am coping well despite getting involved with a scammer. I feel fine now and am working daily. I hope to persevere and make the most of my life!

Coped well today, walked and dropped hand sanitizer to an elderly friend, spoke with my parents by phone. Feeling a bit unfocused but that is okay.

I had a difficult morning. I cried for 20 minutes or so. Normally I don't cry that long. I was very upset. I journaled about it to cope with it. I wrote to my therapist too.

Today not terrible. But tomorrow I get my 4th injection and that’s also a week before my period. I’m worried it’s going to be a week of hell. And possibly dangerous. I feel like I’m running my mom and my therapist ragged. Hopefully I can just snap out of stuff if things start to get bad.

I seem to be coping well lately. I had big struggles in the first part of the year but now things seem to be evening out. Time will tell, but on the whole, yes, coping well.

Probably one of the worst days in awhile. I spent almost 3.5 hours straight, in bed. Not sleeping at all. Just lying in bed. I’m not even very anxious. It’s just this deep deep depression.

Not very well. Tho I am not experiencing stir crazy reactions I am constantly on edge. The social distancing doesn't bother me as much as having an entire social network destroyed trapping me between work and a ymca dorm room .
