The psychoterapist taught me to think about a safe place, something real or imaginative, and I do it, it works... til the guilt comes some moments after

I woke up at 2AM. I didn’t eat much. I didn’t shower. I felt good most of the day though. So for that alone I think it somewhat counts for me coping well.

I have a lot going on now, but I'm coping well this morning. I played my game, did chores and then ordered breakfast as a treat. I finished all my chores early, so now I can relax for the rest of the day.
