I'm playing my game while I do my chores. It's making it easier to do things one step at a time. And all that is keeping me calm, cool and collected.

I try to avoid watching disturbing news stories, but I do see some of it. Then I try to replace that with something pleasant. Overall I'm coping pretty well.

I am feeling depressed, but hopeful.

this week I have had a few calls which I hope go some way to getting what I want (which is mainly to move and to have a better mental health team).

I'm coping well tonight. I just did some abstract art in Adobe Illustrator. And I'm getting ready to play Star Wars. My cat just let me hug him. So I think I'm doing well.

I just feel like I’m having an existential crisis right now. I’m glad some things are happening, but on the other hand some things are not helping at all.

I'm keeping it one day at a time There were tornado warnings where I live. I felt good since that made it easier to keep indoors. I do wish that nothing terrible happens to anyone because of the dramatic weather and this includes homeless people.
