I’m coping pretty good today. I’ve been happy with how well I’ve been doing this weekend with my anxiety and moods. Especially since my sleep has really sucked.

My mania had a pretty new component this time around, and I had to give up driving because of it. Its been a hard day. I'm doing okay so far.

My moods have been swinging,recently I was very depressed,but a lot of it was much worse than usual due to lockdown in the UK>Restrictions are due to be lifted at the end of this month and cinemas and cafes and pubs will reopen.I am so looking forward to getting out and about again.

Today was an ok day not too bad.

I'm reading a good spiritual book which is helping me cope. It's giving me hope and ideas on how to improve my mood. So I feel good.

it never fails to amaze me

10 A.M in the morning and I have nothing to do for the rest of the day

I'm hot though. sheesh. when today started it was quite cool, but I think I may put my fan on

if I'm doing nothing all day I'd rather sit here and feel comfortable than sit here and sweat

I am doing well! I am teaching still. I woke up at 4:45 am to do my morning shift. Now, I am waiting to do my night shift. Life is not bad! I took a nap after my morning shift and woke up to do prep work. I finished some of it. I will do some more prep work after classes tonight. I am happy! Life is going well.

Coped reasonably well today. Went for a 3 hour walk which I knew would be difficult psychologically, and it was. But I enjoyed or appreciated many things about it. Observing the sea, the birds, and the trees. Nice sunny day. Took a few pics.

I lost it a bit today so I took myself out of the situation. I didn’t like losing it that way. Usually only my therapist and my mom see me like that.

Coping pretty well on the whole. Just wondering where all this coping is going though, and if another year is going to slip by until I'm like 80 years old all of a sudden. 'Do not dwell in the future', they say. Okay, I won't.
