I'm coping well today. I'm thinking of quitting vaping again. I've been reading up on ways to cope with that sort of habit change.

I'm depressed mood today. I'm coping okay with it. Its just hard to track my modes and recognize just how fast they flip.

I’ve taken more anxiety meds then I should. I’m super anxious but you don’t just go IP for bad anxiety especially during COVID. My therapist isn’t being helpful even though she said on Tuesday she’d be available. At this point I just kinda have to let this run it’s course.

I haven’t OD on my anxiety meds yet like I did yesterday but I’m not coping well today.

I took a lot of meds for my anxiety but I still didn’t take my anxiety out on anyone. I don’t even think anyone noticed just how bad it was today. I think everyone thought I was in a good mood because I was happy. Not realizing I was struggling a bit. Overall things weren’t bad though.
