not bad physically (my body pain is quite low today which is good). nice to not start the day in agony
mentally and emotionally not so well.... another week with absolutely nothing on. so |

I feel like my moods keep dipping more. Although I guess I’m not coping terribly. I mean it could always be worse. I just haven’t been very productive today.

Today hasn’t been terrible except for therapy. Overall, like in the past 2 weeks, I’ve been coping horribly. But I’m trying to take it day by day.

I got out of the house even if it was just to go to the grocery store. I found cotton candy grapes which aren’t always the easiest to find. I did take a couple naps but I felt like I legit needed them and they weren’t just escapes. I don’t know. I feel like this is something more then just anxiety and moods.
