I’m coping pretty well today. I feel good anxiety and mood wise so that’s a good thing. I’ve been lying in bed for a lot of the day but I’ve just been pretty tired. Mentally I feel fine.

I was unsettled and restless today,I feel quite alone and I was struggling to deal with things,so in order to cope and not have to face reality I spend all day sleeping on and off and just getting up to eat something at meal times,I just needed an escape.I am not dealing well with the restrictions due to covid and am getting upset over them bringing in a cashless,technocratic society.

I don’t feel good physically this afternoon. And I know why. But it’s a super embarrassing reason that only my therapist knows. And I don’t know how to tell a doctor about it. But I know it could possibly be a big deal. Like we’re talking surgery.

I'm trying to cope as well as I can this morning. Something from yesterday is bothering me a little. Maybe I need to spend some time with those emotions instead of trying to stuff them. I might give that a try. Maybe a journal entry too.

I guess I'm coping ok. I feel sad, but I know I'm very lucky compared to many others, people who are way worse off than me. I'm capable of seeing the things that matter to me a great deal. That's a gift. Something inside me helps me.

currently not wwell.

I had a panic attack today because I couldn't find my ear defenders (still can't find them), fibro pain is back with a vengence (so my short break from it is basically all ready over), and I feel irritated by the smallest of things.

I’m coping decently I just can’t tell exactly what’s going on. I feel alright mood and anxiety wise. I just feel a bit off physically but the way I feel varies throughout the day. Right now I feel ok.

The best day in a long while I saw a really good friend I hadn't seen since January and that was wonderful. It didn't rain either so we had tea outdoors by the sea.

Felt I didn't cope very well today, though I doubt anyone could really tell. I've learned to be pretty composed, at least on the outside, but I know I was walking a fine line today. Was glad to get back home and nurture a better state of mind. I'll keep trying. Maybe I should approach other doctors about better meds, too? But the only 'better' ones I've not had are the benzodiazapines, which can be addictive, and I don't want to go down that path.

Anyway, on the whole I'm going quite well I feel. I just have my vulnerable situations, that's all.

I'm doing well this morning. I'm waiting for my breakfast from McDonald's and later I will take my little cat to the vet. I'm worried about her crying. I think I am coping well, considering.
