I have never had a relationship with my mother. I get terrible anxiety whenever I need to speak to her and today she admitted that she has no interest in trying to communicate. Instead she threatened to demolish my room and never let me meet up with my friends (because I'd been sick and I went for a walk outside). I have to add that I'm turning 18 in a few months, I've always been on top of my class and never caused any trouble. I know I'm not perfect, but I try my best to not be a burden, I really don't think I'm a horrible daughter. How do I manage my panic attacks, when I'm trapped in this situation? How do I not let the stress of being around her get to me?
