I'm worried. About myself. I am So sensitive lately. I am affected deeply by the smallest stuff. And Ruminative. About all bad stuff. Then in the same day I feel better. I had SI today. No plans. Just stress. And sad. I know I will feel better. But what's going on w me? Could I have BPD? I've wondered before. But my t won't diagnose me w it. It has such a negative stigma, which is too bad. Its very misunderstood by many ppl. I suppose it doesn't matter what I have. But I want to know why I'm like this. Its been particularly bad lately. I am taking a class, its boring and uniteresting, but for the past 2 weeks I've done it. I'm proud of that. This is the last week. Its so hard today. I'm also moving in 2 weeks, and nervous about that.
I know I need to increase my pleasant events in my life. I'm in nature atm, and its great. 👍 |

I'm sorry you're feeling bad. Could it be stress from Covid? Seems like it affects most of the world now.

Hi, D&L, thanks for the acknowledgement. I'm not stressed about covid lately. Its other stuff. But maybe its exacerbated my situation. It (covid) has affected my life and put things on hold.

Hey WG,
I wonder if you could book an appointment with a psychologist, explain your concerns, and express that you'd like to see if they can diagnose you? You feel there's something's wrong and you'd like them to tell you what it is. It's probably something that would take more than one session but surely they can give a person a diagnosis of some sort? I've always felt a diagnosis was important for me, so as to narrow down how I need to go about addressing the issues. |

This morning I felt down, too, but I have had some good moments too. And I am feeling more like myself this afternoon after self care, doing my homework, talking to someone, and doing some exercises.
Hi Mote, I agree with you. I should ask a doctor / psychologist about a diagnosis. Also was thinking, earlier, and I don't really want to know what anyone on the internet thinks I "have." I just needed to get my emotions out. |

I’m so tired of this reluctant reaction to diagnose by many psychiatrists as we were all kids. I sometimes think it not still so due to the stigma existing in some of the diagnosis but the expensive the right treatments are.
